He is survived by: his wife Delia Recinos; and his children, Cesar Recinos of California, Walter Recinos of Attleboro, Amarilis Recinos of Guatemala, Norma Recinos of Guatemala, Hersilia Surley of Pawtucket and Kimberly Bresannia of Attleboro.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charles Coelho Funeral Home (151 Cross St, Central Falls, RI 02863).
