He is survived by: his wife Dian Henderson (Beek); his daughter Amy; his son-in-law Jeffrey Pierce of Attleboro; his daughter Laura; his son-in-law Douglas Havens of North Attleboro; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Ashley Pierce and Garion Havens.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Alzheimer's research.
