She was predeceased by: her parents, Kosta Kosta and Efigjeni Kosta; and her niece Susan Foley. She is survived by: her husband Peter Tracey; her daughter Lisa M. Tracey of Attleboro; and her nieces, Lynda, Antoniou of Walpole and Janice Shuman (Paul) of Canton.

In lieu of flowers donations in Gia's name may be made to The Susan P. Foley Memorial Fund, a scholarship set up in honor of her niece.
