He was predeceased by: his parents, Elston V. Binns and Dorothy Binns (Reynolds); his son James Tobin Binns; and his stepdaughter Julie Anna Hamel. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Binns (Geib); his sons, Richard P. Binns of Taunton, MA and David R. Binns of Lodi, CA; his stepdaughter Anne Adare (Jeff R. Smull) of Alstead, NH.; his grandchildren, Lacey A. Binns, Erinn A. Stetson, Emily A. Hamel, Kelly A. Binns, Diane Vazquez, Sydney Binns and Kyle Binns; and his sister Joan MacBeth of Winchester, NH.. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
