She was predeceased by: her parents, James Andrews and Lucy Andrews Swanson (Richardson); her sons, James Campbell and Robert Smith (Pamela Kennedy Smith); her brother James Andrews; her husband Donald James Smith; and also Frank Campbell.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Campbell (Claire) of Norton, MA; her family John Campbell (Barbara) of Attleboro, MA; her daughter-in-law Millicent Campbell of North Attleboro, MA; her grandchildren, Timothy Campbell (Jennifer), Kristy Lacaillade (Eric), Stephanie Wade (Ronald), Michael Campbell (Megan), Mitchell Kennedy Smith, Kelcie Kennedy Smith, Albert St. Jean (Julie) and Reanna McLaughlin (Chris); and her brother Donald Andrews. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations in Evelyn's name and honor be made to the Resident Activities Fund at the Life Care Center of Attleboro, 969 Park Street, Attleboro, MA 02703.
