He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Helen Lawrence (Curran); and his parents, Ernest A. Lawrence, Sr. and Annette Lawrence (LaPalme). He is survived by: his children, Janis H. DeValles of Fairhaven, MA, William E. Fitzgerald (Rhonda) of Marston Mills, MA, Patrick T. Fitzgerald of Attleboro, MA, Theresa M. Lawrence of North Providence, RI, Linda M. Doiron (Joseph R. Doiron) of Southbridge, MA, Kathleen P. Natareno (Jose Natareno) of Cranston, RI, Sandra A. Applegate (Darren Mitchell) of North Providence, RI, Cheryl A. Al-Sasah (Bilal Al-Sasah) of North Providence, RI and John W. Lawrence of Pawtucket, RI; and his sister Patricia Dubuc (Michael Dubuc) of Attleboro, MA. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
