He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice LeBlanc and Arline Hazel LeBlanc (Lounsbury); and his son Timothy David Waltz. He is survived by: his wife Emily M. LeBlanc (Whitmore); his children, Daniel Mark LeBlanc of Shattuck, Oklahoma, Cynthia Marie Carr (Richard W. Carr) of Corinna, Maine, Michael Louis LeBlanc (Frances) and Diane Emily Prout (Ron Prout) of Attleboro, MA; and his sister Sharon Dady of Miramar. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
