It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas Paul Lawrence of Attleboro, Massachusetts, born in Bangor, Maine, who passed away on January 25, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Lawrence and Eva Lawrence (Ballard); and his siblings, Maynard Ballard, Norma Robertson, Shirley Lawrence, Donald Lawrence, Joseph Lawrence and Lawrence.
He is survived by: his wife Anita L. Lawrence (Getchell); his children, Jesse D. Lawrence (Joanne Lawrence) of Richmond, Virginia, Annette M. Buebendorf (William Buebendorf) of Taunton, MA and Steven D. Lawrence (Brenda Lawrence) of Norton, MA; and his sister Melanie Emerson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren, several extended family member including nieces and nephews.
