She was predeceased by: her spouse Ralph G. Allen; her parent Stephen M. O'Brien; and her sibling Raymond O'Brien. She is survived by: her parent Susan M. O'Brien (Chafe); her child Laurie J. Kay (James "Jay" H.); her grandchildren, Kelly J. Kay and Colin A. Kay; and her siblings, Rita Donahue and Stephen O'Brien.
