With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Derek Souza of Attleboro, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 24, 2020 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Guilbeault and Nancy Guilbeault; his siblings, Dawn LeBlond (Chris LeBlond), Frank Souza (Genevieve Souza) and Wayne Souza (Tracey Souza); and his nieces and nephews, Tyler Souza, Brooke Souza, Jaime Souza and Sam Souza. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
