It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David J. E. Saumweber (Attleboro, Massachusetts), born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on February 8, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward Saumweber and Virginia Griswold (Coates). He is survived by: his spouse Rosemary "Patti" Elizabeth Saumweber (Whitley); his children, Whitley Joseph Saumweber (Paula S.) and Thompson David Saumweber (Shannon C.); his grandchildren, Isabella R. Saumweber, Griffin T. Saumweber, Talan J. Saumweber and Colson D. Saumweber; his siblings, Mary Alexandra Spyker of Camus, WA, Monica Spillas and Marcia Saumweber of Alexandria, VA; and his stepsiblings, Cynthia Smith of Ellicott City, MD and Glenda Griswold of Santa Fe, NM.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
