He is survived by: his parents, Scott Jay Fontaine, Sr. and Linda M. Lambert (Wilbee); his son Dezmond A. Fontaine of Attleboro, MA; and his brother Scott Jay Fontaine, Jr. of Florida. He is also survived by two nieces and many dear friends.
