He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Arthur Kingman and Alice Kingman (Ingerson). He is survived by: his wife Ellen Kingman (Sears); his children, Eric Kingman (Ann), Rev. Kelly Thibeault (Kingman) and Pastor; his grandchildren, Abbey Goldman, Jane Thibeault, Leo Thibeault, Nora Kingman and Ellen Kingman; his brother Robert Kingman (Lauren Kingman) of Murrells Inlet, SC; his nieces, Lori Rapoza and Diane O'Brien; and his nephew Shawn Kingman.
As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's memory to the First Congregational Church of North Attleboro ("Oldtown"), 675 Old Post Road, North Attleboro, MA 02760.
