With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darlene Gariepy Nary of Attleboro, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 3, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Stephen Nary, Sr.; her parents, Alfred Joseph Gariepy and Doris Louise Gariepy (Landry); her sons, Joseph M. Nary and James Nary; and her sibling Shirley Joubert.
She is survived by: her children, John Nary, Jr. (Susan) of North Providence, RI, Jason Nary (Nora) of Stonington, CT, Tammy Nary of Pawtucket, RI, Priscilla Crugnale (Juan Torres) of Newport, RI, Donna Baer (Henry) of West Bridgewater, MA and Julie Nary (Craig Sampson) of Newport, RI; her daughter-in-law Kathleen Nary of Penacook, NH; and her siblings, Jeanie Holt of Attleboro, MA, June Smith of Attleboro, MA, Ronald Gariepy of North Attleboro, MA, Alfred Gariepy of Norton, MA and Robert Gariepy of Buzzards Bay, MA.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
With strict adherence to applicable Covid-19 health precautions, including social distancing and the use of facemasks, family and friends are cordially invited to honor Mrs. Nary by attending Visitation in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA, on Thursday, February 11, 2021 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.
As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mrs. Nary's name may be made to the Autism Society of America – MA, 47 Walnut Street, Wellesley Hills, MA 02481.
