She was predeceased by: her husband Robert James Crowe; her parents, Edward Anderson and Estelle Anderson (McGillis); her son Mark S. Crowe; and her brother Clinton Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Crowe of Aurora, Colorado, Douglas M. Crowe of Attleboro and Jeanne L. Primm of Ashville; and her sister Doris Gardner. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Cleo's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
