He is survived by: his parents, Robert G. and Marilyn Jeffrey (Mellen) of Rumford; his son Benjamin Jeffrey; his sisters, Allison Sullivan (Christopher) of East Providence and Kaitlyn Jeffrey of Rumford; his grandmother Dorothy Mellen of North Smithfield; his uncles, Donald A. Jeffrey (Karen) of New York, NY, Thomas Mellen (Celeste) of Lincoln and Robert Mellen (Karen) of West Dennis, MA; his nephew Connor R. Sullivan; his nieces, Laela Sullivan and Ava Fortin; and also Jennifer Lingard of Attleboro, MA.

Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, his services will be private.
