We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Charlotte Pamela Noonan of Attleboro, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Donald Noonan Jr. and Charlotte Noonan (Cordle); her sibling Charlie H. Noonan; and her son Adam Waters Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Tamara A. Noonan of Attleboro, MA; her grandchildren, Vivien "Vivi" F. Stein-McLeod (Reid S. Stein), Dalton J. Noonan, Courtney Howe, Corey Howe, Cody Howe, Shane Sanderson, Jen Sanderson, Joseph Sanderson, Adam Waters Jr. and Mercedes Bickford; and her brother Joseph "Butch" Donald Noonan III. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Pam's name and memory may be made either to the American Solar Energy Society Inc. or to Voices for Racial Justice.
