He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline F. Chisholm (Madden); his parents, Henry Chisholm and Ellen E. Chisholm (Villeneuve); and his siblings, John Frederick Chisholm (Maureen), Elizabeth Ann Murray (late George), Gertrude Louise Harvey (late Raymond), Dorothy Mildred Chisholm and Constance Lee Vaught (late Harry).
He is survived by: his brothers, James Henry Chisholm (late Diane) and Herbert Lawrence Chisholm (Carol) of Norton, MA; his nephew Mark; and his nieces, Heather and Christine. He is also survived by his extended family; and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers and as an expression of sympathy, donations may be made in memory of Charlie to either the Aphasia, Dementia, or Alzheimer's foundations.
