With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bertha Marie Louise Nicholson of Attleboro, Massachusetts, born in Bromptonville, Québec, who passed away on February 27, 2022 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Nicholson; her parents, Oliva Roy and Alma Roy (Dumas); and her children, Ronald T. Nicholson and Marie "Jeanne" Nicholson.
She is survived by: her children, Paul J. Nicholson (Joanne A.), Karole F. Nicholson (Kenneth W. Salome) of Attleboro, MA and Diane L. Whalen (Joseph T. Whalen) of Cumberland, RI; her grandchildren, Lorie A. Goodman, Christopher S. Nicholson (Crystal) and Andrew J. Whalen; and her brother Maurice Roy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, her extended family, and many dear friends.
At the request of Bertha's family, please wear a facemask and practice appropriate social distancing. Burial will be private.
