She was predeceased by: her husband John H. "Hugo" Gafford; her parents, George Nona and Nora Nona (Kaho); and her brother Albert Nona. She is survived by: her children, Jay S. Gafford (Kimberly Gafford), Nora A. Mercer (Brian Mercer) and Susan P. Dunn. She is also survived by her extended family and many good friends.
