He is survived by: his spouse Ashley Maden (DaSilva); his parents, Andrew Maden and Jennifer Paquette; his sisters, Samantha Fontaine and Faith Fontaine; his stepfather Raymond Paquette; and his grandparents, James Valequett, Gail Cost and Sharon Naismith.
