He was predeceased by: his mother Viola Battey-Carter. He is survived by: his wife Paula M. Carter (Kinney) of Attleboro, MA; and his children, Barry Carter (Kelly Parker), Alise Carter of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Traci (Noah Adams) and Timothy Carter of Attleboro, MA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
With strict adherence to applicable Covid-19 health precautions, including social distancing and the use of facemasks, family and friends are cordially invited to honor Mr. Carter by attending Visitation in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA, on Monday, March 15, 2021 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.
