It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth E. Dimarzio (Attleboro Falls, Massachusetts), born in Mansfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Bell and Della E. Bell (Doucette); her husband Alexander Veno "Joe" DiMarzio; and her sister Emma Rhoads. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Pignato (David) of Foxborough, Linda Penney (Frank) of Foxborough and Patricia Cummings (Alan) of Foxborough; her grandchildren, Joseph Pignato, Rev. David Pignato, Lisa Lancaster, Carrie Chester, Jason Penney, Steven Penney, Allison O and Connor; her great grandchildren, John, Hannah, Carol Ann Pignato, Meaghan, Joshua, Kathryn Lancaster, Callie, Maya Chester, Alexander, Emily, Olivia Penney, Brett, Avery Penney and Sophie O'Connor; her siblings, Kenneth Bell, Harold Bell, Robert Bell Jr., Barbara Choquet and Alfred Bell; and her friends, Roger, Joanne DiMarzio and Ralph Brooks. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Wednesday, March 24 at 11 AM at St. Mary's Church, 58 Carpenter Street, Foxborough with Covid 19 precautions and social distancing being observed.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth's memory may be made to the Doolittle Home, 16 Bird Street, Foxborough, MA 02035.
