He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Barbato and Elayne Barbato (Gibbons) of Foxborough; his sons, Anthony Barbato of Foxborough and Dillon Barbato of North Attleboro; his grandchildren, Rylee Marie, Braelynn James and Jackson Daniel; his brothers, Scott Barbato (Elaine) of Foxborough and Todd Barbato of North Attleboro; and his fiancée Lisa Giumetti.
