It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard J. Chaisson (Athol, Massachusetts), who passed away on January 13, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Chiasson and Cecile Chiasson; and his brothers, Henry Jr., Leo, Edward, Raymond and Maurice.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Chaisson (Guignard); his children, Dr. Susan Goodwin (Russell Goodwin), Kathryn Chaisson, Nancy Chaisson and Jon Chaisson (Amanda Taylor-Chaisson); his sister Maryann "Janet" Deitz; and his friend David Flint. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
