C and Judith Gervais (Bob Luby) of Wisconsin; his parents-in-law, Polly Bixby, Karen Grzesik of Orange and Rodney Bixby of Mashpee; his brother-in-law Todd Bixby of Missouri; his niece Blaize Gervais; and his nephews, Simon Gervais and Andrew Gervais. He is also survived by many cousins; and many beloved friends.
