Chase Jr. (Athol, Massachusetts), born in Warwick, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 18, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard W Chase Sr. and Winnie Chase (Anderson); his wife Joyce Chase (Mebius); and his half-siblings, Ralph Greenwood and Brenda Coe (Greenwood).
He is survived by: his children, Millard III (Jessica) and Nancy Chase; his siblings, Nancy Laroche (Chase), Patricia Masaitis (Greenwood) and Richard (Linda); his wife Tammy; his half-brothers, Allan Greenwood (Shirley) and Ronald Greenwood (Gloria); and his grandchildren, Sheldon Chase, Brandon Thomas, Gage Wood and Karleigh Chase. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as cousins and friends.
