She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur McCarthy and Anne McCarthy (Brogan); her husband Charles F. Young; her son Charles E.; and her siblings, Frances Girouard and Eugene McCarthy.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy J. of Gardner, MA, John P. of Brewster, MA, Peter J of Greenfield, MA, Brian E. of Brattleboro, VT, Dennis C. (Patricia) of Los Altos, CA, Michael A. of West Chester, PA and Mary Anne Bragdon (Donald) of Brewster, MA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
