She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph H. Chartrand; her son Erwin T. Chartrand; and her parents, Carl A. Thompson and Mabel S. Thompson (Ropes). She is survived by: her children, Elvin Chartrand of Athol, Eliot H. Chartrand of South Hadley, Elroy C. Chartrand, Elton W. Chartrand, Betty Fay Orlow of Lunenburg, Linda M. Bricker and Judith Karkane. She is also survived by spouses; 20 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; many great-great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
