He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth L. White and Lillian White (Crossley). He is survived by: his wife Sandra R. White (Thrower); his children, Mark White (Lynne) of Orange and Cami Fisk (Steven) of Bellingham; his granddaughters, Courteney and Lauryn White; his sister Phyllis Goodwin (Robert) of Canandaigua, NY; his sisters-in-law, Connie White and Linda Jillson; and his pets, Koopa, Chance, Kaya and Bandit. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
