He is survived by: his parents, Carl Nawotny and Christine Card of Wendell; his sisters, Amanda Card of Wendell, Savannah Card of Colrain and Madison Card of Wendell; his stepfather Charles Card of Wendell; his grandmothers, Vickie Shaw of Tully and Shirley Platek of Petersham; his half-brother Stephen Fagan of Cohoes, NY; and his niece Natalia Card.
