He was predeceased by: his parent Henry J.; and his siblings, Thomas Puchalsky, Adrienne Andrukonis and Pauline Koval. He is survived by: his parent Anne C. Puchalsky (Wilkauski); his wife Joyce A. Puchalsky (Kowalski); and his siblings, David Puchalsky of Cape Cod, Barbara Narcissi of Rutland and Ann Whigham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; a great niece and great nephew.
