He was predeceased by: his sister Sharon Adams (Brzozowski). He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Brzozowski and Rita Brzozowski (Houle); his wife Robin (Martin); his stepson Seth; his brother James Brzozowski (Diane) of Hatfield; his niece Lauren Brzozowski (Tom Peachey); and his nephews, Steven Brzozowski and Joshua Adams.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Starrett Memorial United Methodist Church, Living Memorial Fund.
