He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Herbert and Judith Herbert (Fradd); his brother Gordon Jr.; and his cousin Rick. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Freshman); his daughter Bonnie Puntambekar (Aakash); his grandchildren, Asha and Rohen; his brothers, Kirk (Pat) and Jeffrey; and his cousins, Jann, Cindy, Pamela and Robert Jr.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
