He was predeceased by: his brothers, Phillip Hoaglund and Duane "PeeWee" Hoaglund, Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Harold Hoaglund and Bernice Hoaglund (Downey); his wife Deanna D. Hoaglund (Gregson); his children, Dean D., Timothy A. Hoaglund and Holly Ann Senecal (John) of Sterling; his sister Barbara Crowley of Worcester; his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Eva, Nick, Catelyn and Tim; and also Athol.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hiram O. Taylor Post 189, American Legion, P.O. Box 245, Sterling, MA 01564.
