We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2020, at the age of 94, Gloria Mabel (Fellows) Degara (Athol, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Fellows and Vida Fellows (Brown); her husband Lyle N. DeGara; and her siblings, Winfred, Archie, Ada, Charlotte, Hope, June, Ruby, Ruth and Virginia.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Lyle DeGara of Fitchburg; and her brothers, Calvin (Frederica) of Warwick, Oliver (Virginia) of Warwick, Theodore (Marge) of Orange and Warren (Fern) of Colrain. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Gloria M. DeGara (Fellows), of Athol, died from the Covid-19 virus on May 20, 2020 at River Terrace in Lancaster.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that you thank an elder care provider, especially an RN, LPN, CAN, or physical therapist for the magnificent work that they do.
