With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George R. O. Cook of Athol, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 18, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry L. Cook and Inez K. Cook (Litchfield); his wife Donna E. Cook (Wells); his grandson Jeffrey Swan; and his siblings, Henry Cook, Frederick Cook and Doris Nannery.
He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Swan (Michael Pierson) of Phillipston and Linda Lindblad (Jon) of Athens, VT; his grandchild Terry Mikulskis of Collinwood, TN; and his sister Barbara Ames of Sandwich, MA..
