He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Mallett and Lorena Mallett (Ayotte); his grandson Shon Mallett; and his siblings, Albert Mallett (Bucky), Helen Huard, May Gerry and Marie Gallien.
He is survived by: his wife LaVera Mallett (Schlepp); his children, Lee Mallett (Gail) of New Salem, Johnny (Pennie) of Athol, Freddy Mallett of Athol, Patricia Guimond (late Dave) of Sheridan Wyoming and Jeannie Cullen (Brian) of Athol; and his grandchildren, Greg Kanash, Chris Kanash, Keri Guimond, Brandy Lefsyk, Tisha Cleveland, Lindsey Cruz, Cody Cullen, Dylan Cullen and Carley Cullen. He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren.
