He is survived by: his parents, Jessica Sanborn of Greenfield and Jorge Hernandez of Ohio; his siblings, Lucas Gilbert of Athol, Logan Cayay of New Salem, James Seeley of Uxbridge, Anna Seeley of Uxbridge and Nate Ward (Brianna Guimond) of Wales; his grandmother Cynthia Sanborn of Leominster; and his aunt Tamara Sanborn of Leominster.
