He was predeceased by: his parents, Richmond MacKay and Barbara MacKay (Woodward); and his brother Robert Allyn MacKay. He is survived by: his children, Glenn MacKay (Brenda) of Medford, MA, Allyn MacKay (Pamela) of Grosse Pointe, MI, Laura MacKay of Greenfield, MA and Janet Moore of Greenfield, MA.; his granddaughters, Sophia, Leah, Paisley MacKay, Emily Larr (Moore) and Rachel Moore; and his sister Margaret (Phillip Novisky) of Savage, MN. He is also survived by four nieces and nephews.
