He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Fowler and Cindy Fowler; his fiancée Amy Whittaker of Jupiter, FL; his brother Christopher Fowler (Jan) of Athol; his aunts, Lisba (Bob) of Berkeley, CA, Maggie of Annandale, VA and Red River; his son Eric Judycki of Washington, DC; his cousin Wendy (Steve); and his close friend Jarret Mousseau (Cheryl) of Athol.
