Follett (Athol, Massachusetts), born in Glendale, California, who passed away on April 22, 2018, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Philip Follett and Bernardine Follett (Defehr); his sister Lorraine Ball (Scott); his nephew Jonathan Ball (Courtney); his niece Jessica Ball; his great-nephews, Jackson and Tanner; and also Pollom (Justin).
