He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester A. Sr. and Virgie Bartlett (McFarland); and his brothers, Dennis, Chester Jr. and Brian.
He is survived by: his spouse Betty Bartlett (Russell) of Athol, MA; and his siblings, Gloria Noyes of Patten, Joan Main (Peter) of Oakfield, Kerry Bartlett (Connie) of Oakfield, Jeanne Carney and Michael Carney of Lincoln. He is also survived by eight children; four step-children; many grand- and great-grandchildren.
