She was predeceased by: her brother Kevin Nelson; her grandparents, Frank Nelson, Clayton Holmes and Joan Hyatt-Holmes; and her uncle Jim Smith.
She is survived by: her parents, Tim Nelson and Sally Pratt; her sister Sarah Pratt-Couture; her grandmother Angie Nelson; her nieces, Zoey and Jamie; her aunts, Marie Mello (George) and Mary Mustakangas; her uncle Scott Amadon (Paula); her great-aunt Betty Ann Smith; and her cousins, Mason Mello, Jay Mustakangas, Luke Mustakangas, Amber Amadon, Michael Smith and Caleb Mustakangas.
