He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl G. Sr. and Georgie (Bailey); his daughter-in-law Cindy Stange; and his siblings, Eugene Witham, Carol Magnuson and Audrey MacKnight.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Stange (Melanie) of Marlborough, NH, Dennis Stange (Donna) of Athol and Michael Stange (Stephanie) of Athol; his grandchildren, Erik Stange (Meghan), Sarah Smith (Peter), Stephanie Kapise (Neil), Ashley Baas, Chelsey Stange and Zachary Stange (Alyssa); and his brother Conrad Stange (Jeannette) of Athol. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
