She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel O. Gerry and Minnie G. Gerry (Bennett); her husband Richard J. Chase; and her siblings, Lillian Early and Daniel Gerry.
She is survived by: her former husband Maurice Gamache; and her daughters, Maureen Gamache of Athol and Denise Gamache of Athol. She is also survived by five grandsons; and three great grandchildren.
