He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal Hatch Rollins and Bena Louise Rollins (Yeager); and his son Douglas Rollins. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Rollins, Neal Rollins Jr., April Rollins and Erika Stevens; and his siblings, Royal "Bud" Rollins, Carol Ramsburg, Nancy Lenoci and Donald Rollins. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
