He was predeceased by: his spouse Emalie Cudworth (O'Brian); his parents, George Cudworth and Ferdella Cudworth (Ashley); and his siblings, George Cudworth and Donna Peletier.
He is survived by: his children, Leon Cudworth, Jr. of Assonet and Lisa Cloutier (Ronald) of Assonet; his sister Marcia Nobrega of Somerset; and his grandchildren, Ronald, Jr., Nathan and Emma Cloutier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
