It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Martell of Ashland, Massachusetts, born in Somerville, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 24, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Upton and Florence Upton (Campbell); her husband Clifford; her daughters, Diane and Vera of Cranston, RI; her granddaughter Julie; her children, Cliff and Ruth of Middletown, CT; her grandchildren, Chris, Paul, Joey and Tim; her children, Mark and Debra of Nashua, NH; her grandchildren, Katie, Kelly, Meghan and Moira; her children, Paul and Kim of Medway, MA; her grandchildren, Scott, Bryan, Marissa, Ben, Jon and Kristin of Mendon, MA; her great grandchildren, Connor, Caroline and Kyle; her nieces, Trish and Cindy; and her nephew Bob.

Due to COVID the funeral will be private.
