She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Tash and Nellie Tash (Hobert); and her siblings, Juliette Tash, Amelia Lewis, Mae LeSage and Karem Tash.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Kirwan (John) of Ashland and Kelly Lesage of Worcester; her grandchildren, Patrick, Britney Kirwan of Ashland, Erika Lesage of Worcester and Diana Lesage of Washington, D. C.; and her brother-in-law George LeSage of North Adams. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
